New Complaints System from the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate

The Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS) has recently introduced a new system for agency workers to file complaints against recruitment agencies. This new process makes it easier for workers to report issues and helps them understand what the EAS can investigate. This ensures a more efficient and transparent system for all parties involved. How to Make a Complaint If you’re an agency worker and want to complain about a recruitment agency, you must first gather relevant evidence to support your case. This evidence may include written communications with the agency, contracts or terms of employment, assignment or pay documents, timesheets, payslips, and any other supporting documentation. Next, contact the EAS by email or phone and give them a summary of your complaint. Charity Suggestions Required - Ten Percent Foundation Looking to Donate - March 2024

  Charity Donations & Volunteers Wanted Volunteers & Charity Donation Nominations Wanted for the Ten Percent Foundation Ten Percent Legal Recruitment and Interim Lawyers donate 10% of annual net profits to charity via the Ten Percent Foundation, a charitable trust set up to distribute monies to charities in the UK and Africa. We have been doing this for over 20 years and by way of example in 2023 our charitable donation from our group of companies is £30,290.76. The Foundation never incurs any administration costs (other than very small Triodos bank charges) - all monies are distributed to charities.
